ipod usb power adaptor for use in the philippines?

Wonder if anyone can help. I bought my fiance an ipod nano from the UK and she lives in the philippines and it wont charge on her pc. I need an ipod usb power adaptor so that it will charge on philippines power supply. The ipod works on UK power 230v but not on pp power of 110/220v. Does an adaptor exist and if so can i buy one in the UK or the Philippines.

You may want to check on www.ebay.com for another alternative for you so you can use it in an outlet or the USB. Have a nice day.
