well whatever be the reason for these pop ups, here's the solution.
download ad-aware se personal software.run a system scan with it.and follow the instructions it gives.your pop ups will be gone for sure.

Look... spyware has turned ugly! and i mean really ugly... even the most innocent looking sites carry a nasty bug in them... i get them as well but the best thing you can get is Adware Special addition from www.download.com.
If you don't like it, there are more options available to you. So even the experts get hit as well and i am not expert... i'm just average at these computers. In www.download.com they have a section where you can see "spyware horror stories" from what happened to others. if you find yourself in a situation like them, you'll be in good hands because they give amazing rescue feedback to put your pc into 100% functional.

get mcafee protection 70 per year,never have another pop up orany thing, complete protection

go to tools icon at top of your screen and you will see pop up blocker hit that, i did no, more pop ups
