I think you mean mbps, not mpbs? 10 mbps is the quicker by far.

10 mpbs

Ofcourse 10Mbps faster instead of 576kbps because M refers to Mega (1*10^6) where k refer to kilo (1*10^3).
Your m seeems to be small m, if is small m then is mili (1*10^-3) and that will be lot slower than 576kbps.

kbps kilobits per second
1 kbps = 1000 bits per second
mpbs megabits per second
1 mbps = 1 million bps

so your answer is 576 kbps = 576,000 bps
10 mbps= 10 million bps
mbps wins

10 mbps is. 1 mb = 1024 kb.

So really, you're comparing 10240 kbps vs 576 kbps

10mbps = 10x 1 mega(1000) kilo bits per second
576.0kbps= 576 kilo bits per second

So obviously 10mbps is much faster by 20 times.

of course 10mbps (and not 10mpbs).

10 mbps = 10 million bytes per second

576 = 576 kilo bytes per second.
