there is no such medicine or supplement. Your looking for a magic pill that doesn't exist. Eating balanced meals, exercise, plenty of sleep, and a good attitude is the best path to vitality.

Eat a healthy diet, get enough rest, and do exercizes that build energy instead of depeting it. Two good places to start for exercize are Qigong or Tai Chi.

sorry they don't work that way be careful people will sell you anything to make a buck just take a multi-vitamin anyway wen you take to many your body will just eliminate them through your urine
