I would say it in different terms. Safe sex is advisable to all people regardless of whether they are gay, straight, bi or transgender etc.
Precautions one must take are dependent on what "sex" they plan to engage in. There are many kinds.

There is no AIDS with lesbians?
Oh, boy. You should really hit the books, you know.
While women do hold the lowest percentage of AIDS infected victims right now, AIDS is easily contracted with women as well.
I hope you're not a lesbian who doesn't worry about these things.

Get your facts down first. Check the CDC and W.H.O. stats on HIV/AIDS infections in lesbians.
It's DANGEROUSLY untrue to assume NO lesbians ever have gotten or transmitted HIV/AIDS to their partners.
Yes, they are at in a MUCH lower risk group that even heterosexuals of either gender, but they're not immune at all.
No one is.
HIV/AIDS is an Equal Opportunity infection, it doesn't care who it's victims are, their sexual orientation or gender. All it cares about is finding a host. If it's a warm body, it will thrive.
EVERYONE MUST ALWAYS USE PRECAUTION AND PRACTICE SAFE SEX AT ALL TIMES...the ONLY exception are TWO completely monogamous, infection free partners who NEVER sleep with anyone else...EVER.
Since the likelihood of that is so slim...safe sex practices are still a MUST.

If you are saying having unprotected sex is 'healthier' between 2 women then 2 men because of the risk of infection. I don't think anyone would disagree with that. But if you are implying that sex between 2 men is more 'unhealthy' just because it is between 2 men and somehow the idea of 2 women having sex somehow is more attractive to you therefore that makes it more 'healthy' then you would be wrong and extremely ignorant.

and what lesbians claim this? I've never heard of such a thing. ANYONE who is infected, or has sex with someone who is infected, and doesn't practice safe sex can be infected. and anyone who believes that lesbians can't pass STDs is sadly mistaken and foolish.

Its also a contraception...I do believe there are less cases of AIDS between lesbians than between anyone else, but there are cases nonetheless, so everyone needs to protect themselves.

a lesbian can infect another lesbian
with the type of sex they have it is very easy for it to happen
but it is true the rate of transmission of HIV
between lesbians is far lower then other sexual relations
as they have less sex with more then one person stereotypically

Aids is passed by transfer of bodily fluids so it is entirely possible for lesbians to catch aids.
Aids can be transferred from man to man,man to woman and from woman to man so why not woman to woman.

But, it is possible for lesbians to transmit sexual diseases to each other, and that does include AIDS, so your entire premise is false.
The probability of transfer of AIDS may be REDUCED, but it still exists as a possibility.
