I've been doing some research but I can't seem to find whether or not they make you loose or gain weight or neither.

I don't think caffeine alters your weight. I drink coffee every morning and I am still the same weight I have been for about 15 years now. =)

caffeine doesnt make you gain weight in itself..but it does upset your blood sugar levels and cause cravings..especially for sweet things - and that will make you gain weight.

i only know that caffeine reducess the chance of any heart disease but i think it also has a lot of fat in it so its good and bad

caffeine as in pills.. those are really bad for you. caffeine in soda isnt that bad but the sugar is

I think it speeds up some peoples metabolism-that is why it is in those diet drugs

it increases ones alertness thus increasing BMR(basal metabolic rate) which in turn loses calories in the body.
