In 5 mins? You matched client and product - got something they can actually sell on or use? Got them the best price you can? Covered delivery details. Just ask if you have their order or ask how many can I put down for you? That kinda thing.
End of the day if you have something someone needs at a decent price then all you should need to do is agree the sale and the best way to do that is ask. If you sell them something decent at a good price then they will always come back to you!

1) Hang up the phone.
2) Leave the premises.
3) Find a more respectable job.
*NOBODY* likes telemarketers. Unless you want to spend your life being universaly despised, go do something else for a living. Even prostitution is more respectable - not different in principle, but at least you'd be providing a service people actually want.

Be kind and personable....but most important don't let the calls get to you...getting upset about how calls treat you will bring down your average because you won't have the same energy and enthusiasm. Oh yeah...and really believe in what you're selling them!
