If you're not comfortable sitting with them, then move to another table. Tell them nicely.
But who knows if they really care about you leaving the table and move to another.
Try moving to another table, if your friends were to ask why you moved, then tell them nicely. Explain to them.
If the things that they did irritates you in one way or another, tell them. They'll try to change if they really are your friends and want everyone in the group to feel comfortable.
Let's just see if they want you to stay at the current table. You'll eventually know if they do.

Do what you think is right. Don't be afraid that you'll hurt their feelings. Just say what's on your mind. Be frank with one another, and things will be fine. They'll understand you if they respect you as a friend.

If you sit by yourself, it can be an invitation to other people who find the established social grouping gross. I started sitting by myself in highschool, and the next thing you know I had some lunch buddies who weren't gross or annoying.

Good luck!
