a sound card is a physical piece of machinery also known as 'hardware'.
so no.. you can not download it

A soundcard isn't something you can download, as it's hardware.
You can download pretty much any software, but hardware you have to either order online, or buy it at a store.
If your pc can already produce sound and music (most pcs do these days), you won't really need a soundcard, unless you're a dedicated gamer type who wants the very best sound.

no you can't. It's a thing that you have to put into your computer, its a piece of hardware, however if you have USB then there may not be a need for is. You can use a USB headset or USB speaker that just go into your USB port
