I was a teenager once and i just could not get enough sex weather it was boyfriends or girlfriends. I just loved exploring my body. When I was 13 It was just pure heaven to be able to have an orgasm either by myself or with friends. So I would say that teenage girls do have sexual feelings. Trust me I was there once I am now only 25 so still enjoy the pleasure. Lorna.
