I have been successful in taking on a leadership role in organizations where they were anything but organized.

I have the ability to assess the total situation, consider all options and opinions, take into account empirical data, and formulate an organizational plan that not only turns the unit around and causes it to be productive, but I do this through building a consensus among the entire team, drawing my advisors and management staff closer to their underlings, and getting everyone to understand the viewpoints of others, especially the viewpoint of our common employer, for whom we must perform in a unified manner.

Pick something in your career (if this is a job interview) where you found yourself struggling, were persistant, and eventually learned something new and overcame the situation.

On a personal level I overcame a fear of drowning using the formula above.

I succesfuly graduate from my Hospitality course and gain Diploma after study 2 years. and I succesfully organise activities within my social group which make proud of my self and people also praise the work i 've done. I finally be able bet my fear of speaking in public and come up on the stage giving the speech in social function and that make me more confident now. and the list can go on and on ......
