Instincts and Gut feelings....?

Would you say it is wise to go off exactly how you feel at the moment of a situation and carry that feeling consistently so you're not confusing yourself?

95% instincts are true and correct. But, you should be careful of picking which feeling is right. That comes purely by experience.

sometimes you should use reason as well.
