If u use Tally software then

Pass the entry in Journal voucher

Adv. Exp. A/c. ........... Dr.
Cash A/c. .................. Cr.
Create a Ledger- Adv. Exp. A/c.
Allow cash in journal mode using F:12 features.

Adavnce to Expense A/c ...Dr.

To Cash A/c..........................................Cr.

For wat purpose you should have mentioned?
