i munched chicken n chips last night covered in chillie sauce and spilt it on my nice white cotton trousers, ive soaked them over night but it hasnt budged, anyone know of any good stain remover?

This may sound weird but use head and shoulders shampoo( not a generic) rub it into the stain let set a few minutes then wash as usual.

Here are a few tips to try: Clorox pen #3- apply directly to stain then wash;Woolite if you want to hand wash-let soak for 10 to 15 minutes;Biz Bleach-soak in this colored safe bleach 5 to 10 minutes then wash. I hope these suggestions help you.

rub in some washing up liquid and put in the wash as normal should then be ok

"Vanish Oxy" i swear by the stuff, the amount of red wine it's got out of my furniture and carpets ;)

it depends on how long its been there i use oxy the spray that get rids of most things anyway
