America, how do you plead to the following charges against you :...............?

The answer to #1 or as you phrase it "charge" is the people of America are no longer in charge of the Government, it was bi-furcated in 1871, which means seperated. It is now a Private Corporation, the same as any other corporate enity, SEE Title28, 3002(15)(3): USC; and the American people are oblivious to the truth,because they were taught in the corporations "Public Fool System". America and the US Government are Two seperate entities.The answer to #2 is simple, we dont elect anyone in this country, they are put in place by the Council on Foreign Relations and the Money King`s, a.k.a. "Rockefeller`s," Rothschild`s," "Warburg`s," etc, the former being the financial backer of said council founded by Cecil Rhodes. The answer to # 3 is contained in answers #1&2. The answer to #4 is a flat out Lie, we DO have a sense of humor, the subject of Question or Charge # 2 is enough to keep anybody in their right mind laughing and shaking their heads all day. Can you say " DE-DE-DE,?." I dont need the comedy channel, all I have to do is watch "Herr" Diktator give a speech on National Television, and I will be laughing ALL day long! This is a communist Government/Country, if in doubt, check out a little thing called the "Communist Manifesto." All has been fulfilled according to it`s dictate`s. Mainstream Media is controlled by the "STATE," and the Internet is soon to fall under the same control . Now , the Root cause of all of man`s problem`s is because of his inability to follow his creator`s rule`s. So we will all pay the price for our indiscretion`s. Man has never been able to solve his Problem`s by ignoring them!!! The answer to All charges is because we have forgotten "GOD." No, I`m not a religious fanatic, so dont dismiss my comment`s as being those of a TV evangelist, most of whom only want your hard-earned FRN`s aka money. ( George Orwell) So, dont blindly follow your leaders, investigate for yourselves,because if you have "eye`s to see" and "ear`s to hear" you will see that we are living in a POLICE STATE on a PRISON PLANET.

Not guilty. If we were being imperialistic that would mean we were taking over and claiming other lands as our own... making new states for the US. There hasn't been a new state since Hawaii.

Guilty. We've elected several. One was such a foolish incompetent that he refused to wear a coat on his inauguration day, caught pneumonia and died. The last president to actually do his job properly was Ronald Reagan and some will argue that HE did some things that were wrong. Before that... Maybe George Washington did it all right...

Charge 1 Not all people have imperialist ambitions, only the rich and since I'm not rich I do not have imperialist ambitions.
Charge 2 I didn't vote for that empty headed stupid president.
Charge 3 I always always ask questions first ALWAYS which never goes easy for me for the people who ask later.
Charge 4 If you new me you would know my sense of humor is awesome. I have a business Take an Attitude and wrote a book called Dysfunctional wonderland. I got a violation for posting that on here so I can't share my humor with anyone on yahoo answers.

This is an interesting thing.

The USA is one of only a handful of countries that people are willing to risk their lives to enter. Since this county is the goal of so many people, there must be something right about it. If asked "If you had to leave your native country, what country would you like to live in?' most people would chose the USA.

Give that, my answer to the implied questions paraphrases Winston Churchill's comment on democracy;

"Democracy is the second worst form of government. Unfortunately, all others are worse"
