sleep...i swear, if i can just get to sleep, i almost always wake up without a headache!

The best I ever came across was using 400 mg of Ibuprophen along with 2 aspirin together.

hey reduce fever excellently together and the combination will take almost any headache away.

The only one that does not upset my stomach is Advil. I hate to trade a headache for an upset stomach.

Tylenol is ok, but i usualy use Advel, its amazing.. Panadol is good too

Extra Strength Excedrin is the only thing that works for me.
