im 12 my bro 14 recently if i ask to borrow somthing as simple as a pen he says no enless i do somthing like suck his **** or get in the 69 posion (clothed) althogh he would never force me its quite creepy i also no he goes on pervy websites.and please dont tell m e to just tell someone!!!

Probably he's going through a major phase in his life. Likely puberty, your turn will ***. Puberty is tough on a lot of young people, and they all go through different types of changes.
