The animals are there year round, so weather is really the biggest concern. I was there at the end of April, 2 years ago. AMAZING! That was a wonderful time to go; minimal tourists, cheaper prices, and not extreemly hot and not too much rain. It was great... You'll have an amazing time!

Nor sure about the anser to this but we're going in July and expect to see al the big 5 (well opefully anyway). The weather should be ok then too as one of the raingin seasons wil have past as it lasts from approx March to June.

the best time is when the rainy season is over and there are two in kenya one is march to may the other is october to november.also avoid when schools are on a break that is april, august, and december because the parks are so crowded.

we went in April and we only saw zebra and hippo but then again we were working and not being tourists.

Don't stay in Nairobi for any longer than you have to, it is a horrible city. Worst slums I have ever seen.

spring, cos its when all the animals have babies but also, you could go during the world cup season cos everyone will be watching footy!!!
