Way too many things can cause this. Slipping clutch, low compression, worn parts, fuel, ignition, clogged filters, etc.
No one on this site will be able to give you the answer you're looking for because there are too many variables.
If your car isn't performing properly, then take it somewhere and get it checked, sometimes ignoring these problems can wind up costing way more than if you had it fixed as soon as it went bad. One cheap part may cause a bunch of expensive ones to go bad.

this happened on my mothers 2003 KIA and i changed the fuel filter and still and then i check the throttle position senoir and it was bad so i changed it and the guy at auto zone said that can cause slow and bad . but if your fuel pump is making a bad noise than it could be on its way out and not putting enuff pressure to the system

On what? your bicycle, your car, your computer?
On a car it could be poor fuel pressure, clogged injectors, bad reading from the tps on your throttle body ..... about a million other things..... I'll be up for a while and am a bored auto mechanic so if you want to tell me more maybe I can help ... IM me. peace out
