Make sure your anti-freeze level and concentration is correct. Check the condition of the defrosters and heater. Look at the tread on the tires and if worn replace them before winter.
Depending on where you live, you may want to have tire chains, emergency road kit, blankets, some snack food, and even a bag of sand to stick in the trunk that you can spread on the road if you get stuck in ice and snow.

Winter's almost gone and you're worried now? Depending upon how bad the winters are, you may have already caused the damage, those hints are supposed to prevent

Oil change, Check antifreeze, tire pressure,all fluid levels.
Keep with you a snow shovel, A bag of sand or salt to get yourself out if you get stuck. and a flash light.
