Copper bracelets help some people of osteoarthritis. Others say copper braclets do not help them at all.

try them and see if they help you.

Now copper bracelets do not help those suffering from rheumatoid arthritis at all.

Well they only cost a couple of quid from british heart charity shops, I think thats where I bought mine, so you can try them with no possibility of side effects. A few people I have spoken to say it works for them.

Interestingly, a local arthritis consultant was on TV with X ray pics of arthritic hands. Fingers with 9 carat gold rings much less affected than other fingers on hand. 9 carat gold is only 9/24th gold. The rest is copper. So maybe copper bracelets work. Certainly the consultant thought that the copper had an effect. I notice that some GPs wear them. Theory is a tiny and I mean really tiny amount of copper passes through the skin.

Some vets advise copper neck chains for horses. Dont know about magnetic bracelets. If they are cheap, give it a go.

I don't think the copper bracelet could possible do anything for arthritis. I have talked to people who claim that magnet therapy has helped.

Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.

If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.

Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.

And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.

I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.

It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.

Today, I want to do the same for you!

nope..copper bracelets wont help a bit..the copper's on the outside of your body..you have problems with your bones and your bones are INSIDE your body..so how will the copper bracelet treat your arthritis?..

dont you ever wonder how will a copper bracelet, dangling in your wrist doing nothing, cure your arthritis?..

I personally didn't derive any benefit, but I know other people who believe that they are marvellous. I have, however, derived great benefit from taking extra high strength Cod Liver Oil, in liquid form, on a daily basis. I guess the main consideration here, whether in relation to copper braclets or Cod Liver Oil, is will they harm me? The definitive answer is no.

Best wishes, J

There are many things that work for some but not all people. I have heard that both work for some to relieve some of the pain - neither cure it.
Another that I would add in terms of pain is to read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.
