Only a few have, and they have usually dealt with the supernatural, which has scared me in the past but not so much now: The Exorcist, the Entity, when I was like five, this movie where this guy had his hand chopped off and then was inching across the floor. I swear, when I went to bed I lay on my back in the center of my single bed, staring straight up at the ceiling. I was scared to death that hand was going to come out from under the bed and inch its way up my covers. I assumed the best strategic position, lol. After that, I would say Last House on the Left, although I did walk out of the theater.

Movies don't scare me.

The Hills Have Eyes was the least scariest movie I've ever seen.

There has been quite a few. But "The Grudge" would have to be one of the main movies that scared the daylights out of me. =0
