I think some believe with all their heart that they have lived before. However I think this can be explained by our DNA. Perhaps my grandfather was an American Indian and I can feel an identity with those people that is very deep--because it is in my DNA. This theory is called cellular memory. The Bible says you die once and then the judgement. I think it's DNA.
