lim chu kang road full strech. mandai road full stretch. watch out for the army vehicles, as me, myself an army driver ... find it quite tough manouvering the vehicle when you cyclists are out on these two busy army arterial roads. so please change to some other place. thank you.

long distance pedalling is obviously long ride. precautions ? wear bright clothes, if got reflecting material fabric on the outside, its safe and then ofcourse a head gear and gloves, knee caps, kidney guard and sun glasses with no gaps, so the air can be shut for ya eyes hence focussing on safety. then ya shoes. keep to the left as much as possible. dont ride on roads causing hurdles to traffic and pedestrians. as much as possible, ride on the footpaths. precautions : beware army vehicle, long bus etc.

Cant really forget this one cyclist who was tailgating my land rover with same speed. they know army vehicles cant travel above 50kmph, still they do some funny stuff. if next time happen like this, i am afraid i might do something to him.

long roads can get very boring and you will begin to notice bones in your backside you never realised you had (PAIN) get a cushioned cover for your seat something really soft apart from that and carrying lots of water to drink and money to get back by other transport is as much as I can remember so go to it and enjoy----- clothes to protect you from cold and from the sun also necessary (nearly forgot) ---- could use a radio or music on quiet roads but you need to listen for traffic also so be careful......
