Back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, grooves in shoulders because your bra is digging in because of huge breasts, rashes under the breast because of how they irritate.
Depending on how picky her insurance company is, she may have to lose some weight or see a chiropractor before getting approved for surgery. She could always try to get covered first and see what the insurance company says.
Mine covered my surgery 100% but they can cover anywhere from 60-100%.

Backpain can be attributed to many reasons... Bad posture, obesity, and yes large breasts. The average ideal weight and height (am taking into consideration your friend has a large frame size) is 158-179 pounds... being overweight causes one to slouch forward hence arching the back and causing more stress on the vertebral column. In addition to these excess weight, large breast tissue just adds to the misery. I'd first recommend a change of diet and becoming more active (an exercise regiment), and if pounds are shed and the back pain persists I'd consider breast reduction surgery. Now you never mentioned the age of your friend, so am assuming shes in her late 20- 30s. If shes older or was in an accident or has a laborous job, she could be suffering from a ruptured vertebral disc, or osteoporosis- a simple x-ray would be able to show that, or a bonescan. Hope this helps.

Yes, back pain is a sign of needing a breast reduction. So is neck and shoulder pain. If she has bra strap grooving, you can be pretty sure her back pain is caused by large breasts.
