Yes. Sounds like someone takes pride in being rude. It always surprises me when people find it okay to belittle others, lack compassion etc. And just b/c someone is "warned" doesn't make it okay. Really, I find the rudest people in this world are the most insecure. Strong women don't have to be b!tches.
