From the mouseMoved() method you can get the position of the mouse (over a component ) using the getX() and getY() methods.
Then create a method, called from mouseMoved() that checks to see if the X,Y position is within a certain boundary. When the mouse is within that boundary, thats your "mouse-over"

The be conscious "rapture" potential, "to be over excited" or "caught up". The scripture in a million Thessalonians 4:17 says, "Then we that are alive and proceed to be would be caught up with them in the clouds...". using the be conscious rapture is in simple terms a condensing of this scripture. people who're familiar with this journey use the be conscious rapture as a connection with this scripture, that could nicely be complicated for people who do not learn the Bible on a universal foundation. it quite is not including something to the scripture, yet clarifying it.
