HI there! I'm glad to find such a question like this since I am from this place. Benguet is a Cordilleran province where the City of Baguio is geographically a part of it. Two languages are widely used here except in Baguio where more than one language is spoken: Ibaloi and Kankanaey. Benguet is a mountainous province rich in culture and resources. It is where many minig companies are found. It's just too bad that it might be sinking someday because most of its parts have been sold to foreign investors who take advantage of the Philippines' riches. Shame on them and on the politicians who came up with this selfish idea!

Well, Benguet is the home of quality vegetables and fruits in the Philippines that's why its capital, La Trinidad is called the Salad Bowl of the Philippines.

You might be talking about Benguet. Benguet is where Baguio City is, the summer capital of the Philippines. It is the home of Pinagbenga Festival or the flower festival. It is also the home of the Philippine Military Academy, a popular tourist spot. Baguio is the gateway to the majectic Banaue Rice Terraces and to other places in the north.
