REGARDING FAMILY NURSING CARE PLAN
FAMILY as the CLIENT
I am curently making a report of the family that I have chosen in the our community exposure. My professor has a format for us to follow in making a written report: 'pt profile', history . demographic data and familial history.

I am quite confused and dont knw what to do. What is the diffrence between PT. PROFILE from DEMOGRAPHIC DATA? how about HISTORY form FAMILIAL history?

Familial history is the medical history of the family of the patient.

History is the patient's medical history. Childhood illnesses, surgical history, etc.

Demographic is name, address, etc.

Patient profile would be somewhat like the patient history but may be specific to the patient's lifestyle and / or how their particular condition affects the lifestyle. What the lifestyle and activity level was before the illnessess as versus after.
