This is right that, Muslims in various countries use their own language. But you are using Urdu language, vastly spoken in Pakistan, India and adjacent areas. So, to your query, in Urdu following words are used to depict a relation ship:

as in hindu
Husbad ------ shohar
Brother--------Bhai, Bhaiya, Bhaijaan
Mother------- Amma, Ammi, Ammijan
Father-------- Abba, Abbu, Abbajan
Mother in law-------- Saas (but addressed as Amma etc)
Husband sister --------- Nand (addressed as Apa, Baji or by name if younger)
Husband brother---- Devar (addressed as Bhai etc or by name if younger)
husband mother brother ----- (Mama) like one's own relations
Sister ------ Baji
Uncle ------ Paternal: Chacha, maternal: Mama, Mamu
Aunt ------- Paternal: Phupi, maternal: Khala, Khalajan, Khala-amma
Uncle's wife: ------ Paternal: Chachi, Chachijan, maternal: Mumani
etc. etc
