firstly give up your reserve nature.stop differentiating between friends(girl/boy).make lot of good friends,among them only you will someday have your lovable girl friend.
be confident,charming,helpful and original.Girls like those who don't cheat so be honest.

Try to be more exactly about your questions or these guys would just take it as a joke......
Never come on to needy, maybe you are desperate and want something to happen, but that is a turn off for women ...
Saying hi and smile can be a ice breaker for some tension...Remember if you like someone , doesnt mean always that she likes you , try to see if she really likes you , say Hi , and give her a topic of something that you like for starters....
Keep practicing, you will feel bad when some girl turns you down , try to know what went wrong , and whos next...

go out with your friend to pub or party alot and hopefully your friend introduce you to their female friend and everything start from there or join dace class or any activities or something , salsa dance class is the best becouse you can pick up hot chick and ask for her phone number and don't live it too long.Call the girl the next day and have coffee with her.Show confident and be attentive ,girl loves that. It is better not to have girl frinds because you need to tolerate them for every little t hings
More over you have to spend on expensive gifts.but still if you need to have one then start becoming friendly with one and helping her at times of need.
