Its a team of 11 girls, the bitching that is going on is getting out of control and is effecting the morale in the office and i need some suggestions on what we can do to stop this.
Some of the girls are jealous of other girls and i am not sure what to do to stop this.

Enjoy those bitching things. My black neighbor is also cannot deal with her own uneasiness. She seems like to strive to be in the center of the universe, slamming the door, smashing her stuffs, etc. I sometimes smile to hear what is she trying to do towards the people around her.
I come up to the point that I assume people need those who are bitching in their life or else life would be so daunting without bitchy and unhappy people.

From the tone of your question, I assume you are in some position of authority there. I don't know what types of punishments are dealt out where you work, but if the girls insist on acting like children, you should respond in kind. Docking the hours of your noisiest malcontents might shake things up a bit, or removing a perk or two.

Carry a hidden tape recorder.
Record it.
Play it over the office loudspeaker system, or just hand the tape to the personnel manager.

Just keep to your self. if you keep to your self you r not getting caught up in their crap. to the managers this makes you look more responsible because while they look like they are in high school you are being mature . This could be a good thing for you!!

I know what you mean. Our department is 9 ladies and 2 guys. Sometimes personalities just clash horribly.

make them write on a sheet of paper everything they want to say to each and everyone, then read it in front of everybody, since everyone is doing it, that'll be fair.
the idea is, be frank, bitching is cowardice
