Your best choice is going to be hiring a professional and getting a guarantee on the results. If you can't do that, use baits like Combat or Raid roach baits. Also, get some boric acid, sometimes sold as 'RoachProof'. Squirt it into the cracks where your kitchen counter meets the wall, under the base of the cabinets, and any other noticeable cracks. Then use caulk to seal up the cracks.
Over the counter sprays and bug bombs are pretty useless or roaches. They usually just move them for a little while.
You also need to check your groceries carefully before you bring them in the house. I had several pest control clients who continually re-infested their homes by bringing them home from store like 'Sam's Club' and other discount grocery stores.

oh man, how did you get them? i am told an atomic bomb kills but a roach will remain threw it. don't know if its just a tale but are you discouraged yet.? i wish i could help but i can't never had them. have you tried lysol in a small brown bottle? you can get it at walmarts. that stuff is great. i use a dab in laundry occasionally. you can wash the floors and your kitchen down with it. use gloves. it smells like a hospital use to, but its really good. sorry about the roaches.

We used to be that way. Okay first clean the area squeaky clean. Then I recommend buying Combat. They are little black boxes that you can put all over the house. They sell them anywhere. We have used them for a year now and we have not seen any roaches at all. Good luck.

Buy combat, thats the best thing out there, I lived in apartment and the lady next door had them and guess what, I got them to. I used combat, put them all over. It may take a few day's but you will see a big differance. Also put them in other area's of your home because they can go every where. Make sure you replace them every 3 months. Belive me they do work. ( MAKE SURE YOU PUT THEM WHERE CHILDREN CAN NOT GET TO THEM).

Pour 20 litres of petrol around affected area, light match, retreat to a safe distance. Wait until fire has burned out - hey presto - no cockroaches.
