Its a team of 11 girls, the bitching that is going on is getting out of control and is effecting the morale in the office and i need some suggestions on what we can do to stop this.
Some of the girls are jealous of other girls and i am not sure what to do to stop this.

Have a meeting with your team leader or boss and inform him/her of the situation and ask to have a meeting about this, getting your management to talk and set some strict boundaries and rules about this harassment which it is....!! If you have the guts, tell the bitchy girls to get their head out the clouds and come back to reality - this isn't Primary School anymore it's a business and work! I feel for you!!! Take some notes down before you talk to management about the examples of what is going on....

here are my suggestions to stop bitching in the office
1) Never enter into bitching yourself
2) Never listen to anyone bitching about anyone else for any reason or under any circumstances. Tell them you are not interested in personal opinions about colleagues.
3) Talk to team leaders or management about the bitching and how it is interfering with the employee morale and harmony
4) When you overhear someone bitching in the office make a point of saying "I would rather not hear your conversation about _____. Could you take it somewhere else."
5) Discuss the issue at team meetings. Bring it up and ask that your comments be recorded in the minutes.
6) Align yourself with other team members who do not ***** and who are a little tired of the bitching too. Get them to do the above.
7) Stop referring to your colleagues as girls. You are thinking of them as inferior. Refer to them as colleagues. This implies a maturity level in yourself and sets a standard for them to reach up to. Also reminds yourself and them that you are in a working relationship.
8) Get some adhesive tape and mark out a square in the lunchroom and label it "Bitching Free Zone, All Welcome."
9) Sit in the bitching free zone at your break times.
10)If all else fails Invite everyone to your place for a barbecue on friday night and once you have them out of the office on your home turf you can bury them all quietly in your backyard.
11) Return to work monday morning and enjoy the peace and quiet.
