what will the minium wage go up to in april 2007 in england, i know its £5.35 at present?

ive heard from a friend thats its going up in april 2007 but we don't know by how much, any ideas

Beware the minimum wage..its a double edged sword.
great to have..but keeps any benefits you may be entitled to low and drags you into the lower tax bands.

It's not published yet, I have checked the DTI web site for info, but they are still showing 2006 wages. Try yourself nearer the April date.
