What does "underwhelmed" mean in?

Investors in Hong Kong-based Lenovo are underwhelmed. A few months ago, Lenovo got booted off the Hang Seng Index, Hong Kong's equivalent to the Dow.

You know what overwhelmed is? Like, when you are overloaded with emotion? Underwhelmed is the opposite. They may have not been phased by Lenovo.
