The people of Northern Ireland were in fact imported. They wre Scots, three hundred years ago. Do they have a right to be there? I think so. The people of Israel are likewis imports. Do they have a rigth to be there? I think the only reasonable amnswre is found by considering whether or not they provide justice and freedom for the people who live under their jurisdiction. The government of Northeren Ireland has at least provided free elections in which all their residents have a vote. Israel denies the vote to the people living under the shadow of its guns in he Occupied Territories. The people of Northern Ireland are now learning to treat their Catholic minority better. Northern Ireland is not likely ever to join witf the Republic of Ireland, because it is a part of Britain. It chose not to secede just as Canada chose not to joinwith the United States, and thischoice should be respected. Ireland has never been a single kingdom and the north has the the right to remain separate from the south if they wish, and they have made it pretty clear tht they wish to do so.

I am Irish. There is NO problem between the North and the South of Ireland. But, there are many many problems between Ireland as a whole and the UK.
You need to do a google search to get your answer on this. 400 years of history cannot be condensed here.

I study Cool Hal's link. i ask your self what the "welcome" could be like. If the BNP have been given into means, i do no longer think of they might prefer to start a combat with eire via fact eire might nevertheless be interior the european (probable) with a impressive style of help from different eu worldwide places, while we'd have left. we'd have help from the U. S. and the Commonwealth... It appears like the beginning up of a clean international conflict. you're fairly spectacular anseo, invading and Empire construction became a British style of subject so it would not ask your self me if the BNP might prefer to take the full island.
