I looked at doing a similar thing here near to where I live. Having looked into it if it was vintage clothing I wanted to sell I had to go to auctions or pick up things from markets etc. There are quite a few vintage clothing shops in London, not sure if you could buy in bulk from them? Sorry I can't help you any more than this, in the end I decided not to do it as there wasn't enough local demand for it, although I love vintage clothing!

Maybe its worth taking a look at carboots for any unwanted clothing that people may be selling. As long its in good condition and in the vintage decade you require it should be no problem.

no but if you have the time i would check thrift stores. maybe put an add out that accepts donations. its dirty work but u might profit from it. also try e-bay. and sometimes people will put adds that they are selling or giving away clothes and alot of times they say if they are designer or not
