Nobody offered the Germans any hope after World War One. Adolf Hitler did.
The country was drowning in misery and even a straw of hope was grasped. Adolf Hitler was that straw.
Eventually they all sank anyways. The allied nations learnt from the Versailles treaty and we incorporated some wisdom into the restructuring of post war Germany after World War Two.
The result was that the German people had hope after the war. They did not need the straws of another Hitler.

And he came at a perfect time, when Germany needed a leader like him who would take them out of their slump. And he did actually,He developed a strong military and I am sure improved the economic conditions. He would have been an excellent leader until he started to reveal his racist ways. Then he went crazy as i am sure you know. I feel bad since I dont know more about that I am going to go look up the answer because thats important to know.
