Hi! These are the steps..

1) Go to the Start Menu (found on your task bar), you should be able to see "My Network Places".
2) Right-click on "My Network Places" & go to Properties.. YOu should be able to see a list of network connections..
3) Go to the icon for "Wireless Network Connection", and right-click on the icon. Click on the option that says "Enable".
4) Once you are connected, there will be a pop-up bubble at the right bottom of the screen..

** If you are using a LAN cable instead of wireless, then go to the icon for "Local Area Connection" & right-click on the icon. Click on the option that says "Enable".

Hope it helps.. Have a great day!!

Are you posting this from a friend's computer, or from the public library? My advice is to contact your Internet Service Provider. They can walk you through the steps to restore service.
