Download foxit reader! It's much faster and easy to download than Adobe's Acrobat PDF reader Because it comes in lower KILOBYTES.

do you mean a program to read pdf like the other people mentioned or a site where you can get pdf files of say a comic book or a game manual?
if it is the second one you could try http://limewire.com
or a torrent downloader, though they can be hit and miss because you can only get what other people online at that time are offering
