Dial up is bit too outdated.
Please do something and you be glad you did.
PS - I learned to use spell checker before I post.

If its Windows XP, use the built-in Internet Connection sharing Feature
Start -> Control Panel -> Network setup wizard
Follow the prompt to "Share an Internet Connection"...
Make sure you have a network switch (hardware) that connects both machines together while the phone line is connected and working on one of the PC.

definite, this is performed, despite the fact that if the two desktops are on it on a similar time, it's going to be notably sluggish, even at 56k. What you will possibly do is setup a community between the two desktops. there will be one that connects directly to the internet by potential of dial up modem and yet another which will hook up with the computing gadget that connects to the internet. in case you run community setup wizard, it is going to enable internet connection sharing for you. different than for that, the only different concern you need to do is to setup your dial up account to dial rapidly each and each time a connection to the internet is needed. i've got faith which could be performed someplace in the Dial Up Networking settings or via techniques/internet strategies in IE.

The mentioning of a dial up router is not so easy, it is very difficult to even find a home router that is for dial up. I saw one on ad years ago, don't exist anymore I suppose.
What you do is turning the computer that has the modem into a router in the true sense of the word, either install a proxy software on it and configure accordingly or put in a full-fledged gateway.

easy :)
u need to connect both computers through USB , network card , etc .... so in this way u are creating a small local area network (LAN) . after that just enable internet connection sharing on the computer which dials the number (right click on connection , use connection sharing tab)
