the best place to check for reviews is cnet.com look up in reviews and type the samsung m500 this will help for sure... :)

bad screen, bad battery but quite a nice design. If you are interested on a low budget phone it's better to look at nokia, at least it does not devaluate as mad as samsung phones. Better quality screen, more reliable and more features.
