The best appetizer I have ever had is so tasty and very healthy!
It consists of a endive leaf that was presoaked with olive oil and lemon, then a small tsp of Gorgonzola cheese, next a candied pecan or walnut, eat in one bite!! These are amazingly delicious!!

It almost sounds like an oxymoron these days, but you can probably never go wrong with some typ eo f salad. ME personally; the best "healthy" appetizer I have ever had was a combination of tender beef broth and mustard mixed in a soup with turtle meat and spices. It's served at Commanders Palace in New Orleans and Las Vegas, and though its ridiculously expensive and most people wouldnt have the money to spend, nor the inclination to eat turtle meat, it was delectable and apparently very healthy. Thats my opinion and I'm sticking it to you.
