ive got a three day trail going on and im realy scared im unshure of what happens and what goes on its in frount of a jurry and im the one its all about for benefit fraud help me understand

1.Arraignment
Person is informed of the charge.
Plea-the person pleas guilty or not guilty of the accused charges
Bail-bail will be set if there is going to be one.
Counsel will be appointed if defendant is indigent

2.Preliminary
preliminary examination date is set;set within 14 days from the Arraignment
Establishment of the crime committed
Establishment of probable cause-is there sufficient evidence of the crime?
Judge decides if there is enough evidence and then signs it over to the circuit court.
Many cases forwaves the preliminary exam.
3.Trial
You will go to trial and be judged guilty or not guilty by the jury after the jury sees the evidence.
