Is this a major reason why they always say "liberal are intolerant"? What else could liberals be intolerant of?

BDOLE - let me see if I understand this. By making my own moral choices, I am being intolerant of people who want to impose their moral choices on me? Forgive me!!!

I never saw Jesus emphasize racism--Have you? And yet, there's not a conservative out there that doesn't promote it or argue against it.

Bush gave two tokens positions. One he exhiled into retirement by making him profess the BIG LIE. The other would rather shop for shoes than be there for the folks who experienced Katrina.

Liberals, like the mainstream, are intolerant of FAILURE.

Nice to know YOU tolerate an opposing view. Most liberals do not. An interesting conservative viewpoint is that conservatives consider liberals as racists because of the welfare system. The liberal ideology may be seen as indicating minorities are so inferior that free government money is their only source of survival. Conservatives believe in helping people down on their luck, but also believe in helping people become self sufficient.

No. Liberals are intolerant of the speech of all who disagree with their agenda. And the liberal definition of race apparently has been expanded to include everyone who is outside the cultural mainstream. My definition of racism is mistreating someone because of the color of their skin. It does not include speaking against the actions of others I consider immoral.

That is ludicrous thinking in this day and age. No person, much less one in politics, could get away with that type of attitude. Liberals could be intolerant of the war?

The conservatives that call liberals intolerant are the Christian conservatives who feel that liberals are at best, secular, and at worst, militant atheists.

Liberal ideas, particularly abortion, gay marriage, and secular public education including evolution, are against the moral codes of many conservative Christians, and they feel that by supporting these causes, liberals are intolerant of Christianity itself.

liberalism is not something you are born with.

its a set of ideologies and beliefs.. its an "idea" as "V for Vendetta" puts it..

"racisms" you argue conservatives use, are not racisms at all because the argumentative comments are directed at an idea or a belief... and an idea cannot bleed and it cannot feel... as V says...

they are constructive cricisms on a belief...

Are you saying that you can call communism evil...
but it would be "racist" to make argumentative comments to a communist, such as Stalin?

Racist has to do with animals species or groups .. particularly humans...

liberalism is not something your born with, its something you choose to believe in...

its not a person, and its not a type of person, its an "idea"...

So what are you trying to say? You calling conservatives racists? Isn't that the pot calling the kettle black?

EDIT
For all of you out there who are against the Patriot Act, the wire tappings, and all that, you have the right to be against it. In my opinion, though, I would much rather give up a bit of freedoms than to have another terrorist attack. These powers are not being abused, contrary to popular belief. You don't see wire tappings done to just anyone. If you have nothing to hide, you should have nothing to worry about. I certainly don't.

i've got observed this too. as an occasion, human beings see no concern with discovering ameliorations in intelligence between adult men and females, yet whilst it comprises race this is a huge taboo. maximum of this examine is doubtful at ultimate, yet yet human beings then flow around making assumptions approximately "women being extra effectual at multitasking" and "adult men having extra effectual specific reasoning". and human beings do seem to tolerate sexist jokes a lot extra. whilst will human beings study that sexism is undesirable too?

funny answers.. liberals don't believe in free speech is one that I've seen alot. I'm a "liberal" and I exercise my right to free speech quite alot almost everyday. We disregard the Constitution is one I saw also. Who disregards the Constitution? The patriot act was the bright of idea of a conservative, and it shreds the 4th amendment rights of Americans. Oh yeah could you please tell me which party started wire-tapping Americans w/o warrants? Which party started compiling a database of who we call? Don't preach to me about disregarding the constitution the republican party was built on disregarding the Constitution. Forgot to answer your question, racism is wrong but as long as it isn't perpetrated as a violent act its free speech.
