The moment YOU think that you are the BEST person in the World, your every action is going to be best. Then why is it not YOU? WE have learnt in our Institutions what is GOOD and BAD. So the question is who is good and who is bad. An illiterate person who has not been taught can not become good each and every time, of course he / she can be good. Hence my answer is nobody is BEST until unless his actions are always good. So far I have come accross one soul i.e our beloved Hon'ble President of India whom I find always GOOD.
