File path to allow someone to connect for Remote Assistance?

Question

A friend cannot access the Start menu and is computer illiterate. I want to use Windows XP to remotely connect to their computer but I can't seem to find the link to run Remote Access by URL. Can anyone help?

Have them do this on there PC
have them press ctrl+alt+del
with task manager open, press file, choose new task(run)
when that is open have them type explorer
then hit enter or click ok
once that opens look at the folders to the left and click on My Computer
Choose the Local Disk(C:)
Choose Documents and settings folder
Choose Their username folder
Choose Start Menu folder
Choose Programs folder
Choose the Remote Assistance program icon from there
