no past history that is real. Is it actually possible to start again? All my contacts are dead and it's difficult to find anyone to help. How can I go about getting a new name and SS. I don't have an accent so Im not worried about being deported but I don't know where to start. I even tried finding my old birth certificate from the hospital but all records have been deleted.

I assume you were in the witness protection program from the US government-- I would suggest you contact that agency- not by phone or email but in person-- walk into their office and they will have a record of the name that they had given you and should be able to give you the proper ID you will need in this country----welcome back and good luck to you..........
