It would be on a juvenile record. You may go to juvenile hall, but not jail. It's a really stupid idea though; don't do it!

I highly doubt it. In my hometown youd get a fine 'cause theres a curfew for all those under 18. If theres something like that in your town that might happen.
But I really doubt youd go to jail.

Possibly. The police may just take you home. The car would most likely be impounded and you wont be able to get your drivers license till you are 18 or 21....not sure...but I do know that you wont be able to apply for it at 16.
Its not worth it....

No, they will make you wait your driver's license for 14 years starting from when you reach your 18th birthday.
Well that is how they do it here in my state.

Yes, they taser you first though. 50,000 volts of punishing your sinful behavior. Then they strip search you and delouse you, that is cover you with lice killing powder before they probe your nether regions with cold hands and cold metal probes. All of that because you had to go out joyriding.

you will get arrested, you're parents will get called to come pick you up, and in some states, you can be prevented from getting your license until you're 18. not worth it.

teenagers and kids dont go to jail, they go to juvy.
